Step # 2 Verify Availabilty

Step #3 >> Once availability is verified, Open the First Link Below and Read
This is an Adobe Fill and Sign form, Enter Your Full Name, and the group you represent. Then enter the Dates that you verified are available with the Rental Coordinator, and check the boxes that apply to your rental and total off the $$ of Rental Fee for your time period. Enter in Name, address, Phone, and the DUE Date is 2 weeks after the date of this rental agreement.
Now that you have the form completed you will electronically SIGN the form with your mouse or on your cell phone. Once completed , it will ask you to enter your email address. This will send a copy to you of email, for you to verify that you sent it. Then once verified, a copy will come to you, and the Ruritan Rental Coordinator
NEXT STEP #4 >> Read the Rules of Renting the Building
Now Sign the Rules the same way you just did above, and enter your email, and verify
STEP #5 Call or email the Rental Coordinator to verify you Adobe Signed Contracts.
Once reviewed and verified, PAYMENTS Can Be Made
